Before Paint in its Original Factory Design

Airplane is wrapped and Stripper is Applied to Soften Paint for Removal

Controls are removed, necessary bodywork completed, plane is re-wrapped and it is alodined and etched to promote adhesion

Rust inhibiting primer coat is added to all surfaces

Three coats of the chosen base coat are applied

The Final Product
The design is added over the base coat, windows sealed, door jambs painted, controls replaced and balanced, wingtips and other fairings put back on with new stainless steel screw kits and final inspection carried out prior to release to the customer
